Fishing

If you are interested or would like to know more about the Wenty Leagues Fishing Sub-Club, we meet every second Wednesday at 6pm in the Sports Bar, come along and meet some members.

The club has gone on some exciting trips recently. A trip on 22nd April went ahead, which pleased all those who were scheduled to go.  The outing was rewarding with 18 Morwong, 10 Snapper, 2 Leather Jackets, 3 Pig Fish, 2 Long Finned Perch, 10 Flat Head, and 3 Sergeant Bakers caught.  The biggest fish, a 1.38 kg Snapper, was caught by Paul Jelicich and the biggest bag went to Anand (Senior) Naidoo.  Also, on that trip 2 King Fish were caught, but they were just under size so back they went.
