Investing over $480,000 in Local Community Projects
Wenty Leagues, a cornerstone of our local community, is proud to announce its significant investment of $484,336 into 35 individual Category 1 projects throughout the Cumberland Council local government area (LGA). This initiative, supported by the Cumberland Council ClubGRANTS, highlights our unwavering commitment to enhancing community well-being and addressing critical local needs.
The funding allocated has allocated these funds to support a diverse range of programs across various priority sectors. The successful recipients include programs focusing on disability support, educational initiatives, aged care, homelessness prevention, and family violence intervention. These projects represent our dedication to addressing the most pressing issues faced by our community members.

At the ClubGRANTS presentation, hosted by Club Merrylands, other successful recipients were recognised for their projects by seven other licensed venues within the Cumberland Council LGA. funding over $1.7 million in local projects, demonstrating a powerful spirit of collaboration and community support.
