Wenty Leagues Hosts Cumberland ClubGRANTS Celebration

We had the pleasure of hosting the 2026 Cumberland ClubGRANTS Presentation, bringing together community organisations, club representatives and local leaders to celebrate the incredible work being delivered across the Cumberland Local Government Area.

The event provided an opportunity to recognise this year’s successful ClubGRANTS recipients and shine a light on the organisations making a meaningful difference in our local community.

Collectively, clubs across the Cumberland LGA have contributed more than $2 million through ClubGRANTS, supporting a diverse range of projects, programs and initiatives that respond to local community needs.

Through this year’s funding round, Wenty Leagues was proud to support more than 40 projects across Cumberland. These initiatives cover a broad range of areas, including supporting children and young people, improving community wellbeing, promoting inclusion, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for people to connect and participate.

For us, ClubGRANTS is about more than providing funding. It’s about building strong partnerships with organisations that understand the needs of our community and supporting them to turn their ideas into projects that create meaningful and lasting impact.

The presentation also highlighted the broader contribution of clubs across the Cumberland LGA and the important role the registered club sector plays in supporting local organisations, community programs and people in need.
