2025 Cumberland ClubGRANTS Presentation

We were proud to host the 2025 Cumberland ClubGRANTS Presentation, an event that celebrated the outstanding work of local community organisations, sporting groups, and charities across the Cumberland Local Government Area.

Each year, clubs across New South Wales participate in the ClubGRANTS program. Through this initiative, they deliver essential funding to grassroots projects that create meaningful change in local communities. Not only that, the presentation goes beyond recognising grants, it also honours the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to uplift others.

In 2025, clubs in the Cumberland LGA supported 89 local projects through ClubGRANTS. Collectively, these projects received over $2 million in funding and are expected to benefit more than 324,000 residents. Evidently, the program continues to make a powerful and far-reaching impact.

Furthermore, we were honoured to shine a light on the people and organisations behind these initiatives. Their passion and commitment help build a more resilient, inclusive, and connected community. Whether it’s sporting clubs promoting teamwork or charities supporting vulnerable families, each project tells a story of purpose and perseverance.

In addition, the event brought together community leaders, club representatives, council members, and volunteers. As a result, it became a true celebration of collaboration, shared values, and local pride. Attendees heard inspiring stories, exchanged ideas, and explored new ways to strengthen their impact.

More importantly, ClubGRANTS plays a vital role in supporting work that benefits those who need it most. Many funded projects provide services like youth outreach, domestic violence support, mental health programs, and cultural development. Without this ongoing support, these initiatives would struggle to survive or expand.

Therefore, we extend our sincere thanks to every club that contributes to the program. Their support empowers the people on the ground, those giving their time, skills, and energy to help others.
