TAI CHI
Tai Chi classes help to improve mental and physical wellbeing through gentle relaxation
exercises and health reinforcement principles. These classes are suitable for people of
all ages and cost $4 for all members.

Thursday (Beginners): 9am
Friday (Advanced): 9am

Classes go for 1 hour.
